How to Trade in Steal in Peru
Plaza for extras, Plaza Pro for serious swaps, main pad for anything you still need to print.
PixelPeru added two extra places under the Steal in Peru universe: Trade Plaza and Trade Plaza Pro. They are not a button on your HUD that prints cash. They are rooms where you move a latamrot you cannot sit. If you are still learning getting started, stay on the main pad. Trading is a later habit.
Why a plaza exists
An 8-player pad is a fishbowl. A forbidden meme on the front row is an invitation. The forbidden memes page and the steal-value ranking explain why. Plaza lets you park or swap that heat so your lock skill can catch up. It also lets you turn a duplicate printer into something on the income ranking you do not own yet.
Plaza is not a bank with insurance. If a trade window looks wrong, walk. There is no wiki escrow.
Trade Plaza versus Trade Plaza Pro
Both places sit in the same universe and update on the same cadence as the main experience. Use Trade Plaza for casual swaps and for learning the booth UI. Use Trade Plaza Pro when the lobby on the main plaza is a circus or when you are moving a named trophy. If PixelPeru gates Pro behind a rebirth or a pass, check gamepasses and the latest update before you pay.
Never join a third place that is not PixelPeru. Clones steal the flag emoji and the word Peru. The official root is the Steal in Peru Roblox page. Community links lists the group. There is no official Trello with plaza rules — see Trello status.
Lock before you teleport
Leaving the main place is leaving the pad. If a printer is still sitting unlocked while you browse booths, you did not go to plaza — you hosted a raid. Lock. Then teleport. If you must carry a unit to the trade window, know that carry still slows you in the plaza too. Do not dance with it in the street “for trust.” The other player can still decline and you still look like a target.
Bring extras, not your only printer. The main pad should still print while you haggle. If the swap is your whole roster, you are gambling the wage, not trimming heat.
How to not get scammed
- Confirm both sides of the window before accept.
- Do not drop a latamrot on the floor “to show it.”
- Do not follow a user to a “rich server.” VIP servers are disabled on the main game and a side place that asks you to leave PixelPeru is a trap.
- Do not paste a script that “confirms trades.”
- Screenshot the window if the other player is rushing you in Spanish slang you do not know. Slow is allowed.
If you came to trade because you cannot protect a unit, that is a valid reason. If you came to trade because a YouTuber said plaza prints billions, you want how to get money instead.
After the swap
Teleport back to the main place. Slot the new latamrot. Lock. A plaza trip that ends with an unlocked pad is a comedy sketch. If the new unit is a badge magnet such as Water Bros, read badges and hide it.
Rebirth after a trade only if the rebirth planner still says yes. Plaza does not save a roster from a reset. Codes do not fund a trade — the codes hub is empty.
Plenty of players never leave the 8-player pad and still finish how to steal and how to rebirth. Use plaza when the pad is too small for the meme, not because the word Trade showed up in a search.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Steal in Peru questions.
Where is Trade Plaza?
It is a separate place in the Steal in Peru universe. Join from the official Roblox page or the in-experience teleport if PixelPeru shows one.
What is Trade Plaza Pro?
A second trading place in the same universe, aimed at cleaner or higher-stakes swaps. Check updates if it is gated.
Can I trade in a VIP server?
The main experience disables VIP servers. Do not follow anyone to a “private trade world” outside PixelPeru.
Should beginners trade?
No. Learn lock, print, and one steal first. Plaza is for extras you cannot defend.
Should I lock before going to plaza?
Yes. Teleporting does not babysit your pad. Lock first, then leave with extras rather than your only printer.
